Korin’s Home offers cooking workshops. These specialized classes are conducted by Korin herself and are based on her mother’s Turkish cuisine recipes. These unique courses are limited to small groups and should be booked in advance.
Korin, founder and owner of Korin’s Home, has been part of the local tourism scene for 15 years and can help you organize your tours of the area. Many guests have enjoyed guided tours of the local salted-water based agricultural fields.
Korin can also help Yours truly, coordinate visits to the local art galleries, jeep (4x4) tours, walking tours, massages and other spa treatments.
Korin’s Home is located in Moshav Neot Hakikar, just south of the Dead Sea. Neot Hakikar is the world's lowest moshav (agricultural community) and is sustained by winter crops such as fruits, vegetables, spices and dates. Korin’s Home is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Dead Sea’s south beaches and about 30 minutes from Masada National Park.
The guest units at Korin’s Home are very luxurious, spacious pampering and are conveniently accessorized with all you need for the most pleasurable experience during your stay.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom includes a Jacuzzi and a flat screen satellite TV.
In addition, in each unit there is a fully accessorized kitchenette with an electric kettle and a refrigerator, a breakfast table, free WiFi and a second satellite TV. The units are suitable for families, couples or groups of travelers.
Korin’s Home has a beautiful shaded yard with BBQ grill stands and a children’s play area. Moshav Neot Hakikar has tennis and basketball courts, a soccer field, a children’s playground and a swimming pool (open in season).
The recommended seasons for visiting the Dead Sea area are autumn, winter and spring (Sep-May). These months are the agricultural “high” season and the dessert is in full bloom. The summer months are hotter but also have their own unique charm.
